Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillets - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 100 g feta cheese (crumbled)
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute.
4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften.
5. Stir in fresh spinach and mix until wilted.
6. Remove the skillet from heat and crumble feta cheese on top.
7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
