Delicious oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips, perfect for enjoying with a warm cup of tea. Easy to make and absolutely delightful!

Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dl chocolate chips
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until creamy.
3. Add the egg and mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Drop small spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
8. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before enjoying.
