- 1 cucumber

Instructions:
1. Flatten the bread slices using your palms against a cutting board until they are about 0.5 cm thick.
2. Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
3. Place the cucumber strips on top of the flattened bread.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately!
