Ingredients:

- 400 g cooked shrimp
- 1 avocado
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 dl mixed salad greens
- ½ dl finely chopped red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and dice the avocado.
2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, ketchup, and Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Gently fold in the shrimp, avocado, and red onion to the mixture, being careful not to mash the avocado.
4. Place the mixed salad greens in serving glasses or bowls.
5. Spoon the shrimp mixture over the salad bed.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
