Crispy oven potatoes are a perfect side dish or a light main course. They are easy to prepare and delicious!

Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes (e.g., waxy potatoes)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp rosemary (dried or fresh)
- (optional) grated Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs for serving
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges or halves.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes, until slightly tender.
3. Drain the potatoes and let them dry for a moment.
4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C for fan ovens).
5. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
6. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss well to coat evenly with the seasonings.
7. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through the baking time.
9. Serve warm, optionally sprinkling with Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs.
