Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and rinse with cold water, then let it cool.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix well to coat the pasta evenly with the dressing.
4. Gently fold in the cucumber, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
5. Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes before serving.
6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
