Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef - 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3-4 potatoes, diced
- 3-4 carrots, sliced
- 1 liter beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
- 100 g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened.2. Add the ground beef to the pot and brown it thoroughly.
3. Incorporate the diced potatoes and sliced carrots, stirring well.
4. Pour in the beef broth and add salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili powder. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
5. Allow the soup to simmer on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
6. Stir in the peas and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
