Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 l beef broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion, carrots, and potatoes. Also, peel the bell pepper and cut it into cubes.
2. Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté the onion until it becomes soft.
3. Add the ground beef and cook until it is browned and fully cooked.
4. Add the carrots, potatoes, and bell pepper to the pot. Stir well to combine.
5. Pour the beef broth into the pot and add salt, black pepper, and thyme. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
