- 100 g feta cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and seasonal vegetables into suitable pieces.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the vegetables to the boiling water and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until all ingredients are tender but not mushy.
4. Drain the vegetables and potatoes, then transfer them to a large bowl.
