A refreshing salad inspired by Jang Nara, perfect as a side dish for any meal. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 150 g mixed salad greens
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the mixed salad greens and dry them thoroughly.
2. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
3. Add the crumbled feta cheese to the salad.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
