Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
- 200 g cooking cream
- 150 g grated cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g chicken (such as fillets or minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until fully cooked. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
4. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and onion mixture in the pan.
5. Stir in the cooking cream and grated cheese. Mix well and heat until the cheese melts.
6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
