A delicious and easy dish perfect for enjoying during hockey games. This hearty bake gets its flavor from spicy ground beef and crunchy nachos.

Ingredients:

- 400 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper (e.g., red or green)
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
- 200 g nachos
- 200 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 100 ml salsa
- 100 ml heavy cream
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Rinse and dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the ground beef. Brown the beef until fully cooked.
3. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Season the mixture with paprika powder, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Mix well.
5. Grease a baking dish and spread the cooked ground beef mixture evenly in it.
6. Layer the nachos evenly over the beef mixture.
7. Combine the salsa and heavy cream, and pour the mixture over the nachos.
8. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the nacho bake.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
10. Let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
