A delicious cinnamon cookie, perfect for a sweet treat! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 24 cookies
Ingredients:
- 250 g butter
- 2½ dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 6 dl all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Cream the butter and sugar together until the mixture is fluffy.
2. Add the egg and mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until a smooth dough forms.
5. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
7. Let them cool before serving. Enjoy!
