A delightful treat made with marzipan, perfect for special occasions. Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 20 cookies
Ingredients:
- 200 g marzipan (or almond paste)
- 1.2 dl powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 0.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 75-100 g white chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Crumble the marzipan into a bowl and add the powdered sugar. Mix well.
3. Add the egg white and vanilla sugar to the mixture and stir until smooth.
4. Incorporate the all-purpose flour and mix until the dough is homogeneous.
5. If desired, melt the white chocolate and stir it into the dough.
6. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
