Deliciously soft and flavorful cinnamon apple muffins that make the perfect summer treat. They are quick to prepare and can be garnished with apple blossoms or mint leaves.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 muffins

Ingredients:

- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl cream
- 75 g melted butter
- 1 dl apple juice
- 1 dl apple jam

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar).
3. Add melted butter, eggs, cream, apple juice, and apple jam to the dry ingredients. Mix well with a wooden spoon until the batter is smooth.
4. Divide the batter into muffin cups on a muffin tray.
5. Bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes, until the tops are beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
6. Let the muffins cool slightly before serving. Optionally, garnish with apple jam and flowers.
