Ingredients:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g (about 4 dl) all-purpose flour
- 1 egg yolk (1-1.5 tbsp cream)
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest

Instructions:
1. Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy.
2. Add the egg yolk and cream, mixing well to combine.

4. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
