Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of leaf lettuce or iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
Dressing:
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Instructions:
1. Rinse the lettuce and tear it directly into a serving bowl.
2. Slice the cucumber and tomatoes, and add them to the lettuce.
3. Peel and mash the hard-boiled eggs.
4. In a bowl, combine the sugar, salt, oil, and vinegar. Add the mashed eggs to the dressing and mix well.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
6. Serve immediately while fresh.
