These delicious peanut butter banana croissants are the perfect breakfast or snack. They combine sweet banana and creamy peanut butter, and they're easy to make.

Ingredients:

- 1 package of ready-made croissant dough
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100 g peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 100 g chopped nuts (e.g., peanuts or walnuts)
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
3. Mash the bananas in a bowl and mix in the peanut butter, honey, and a pinch of salt.
4. Spread the banana-peanut butter mixture on each triangle and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
5. Roll the croissants tightly from the base to the tip.
6. Brush the croissants with beaten egg.
7. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
