A delicious tandoori yogurt marinade that adds a rich and spicy flavor to grilled dishes and chicken.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 2 dl natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala spice blend
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil (e.g., olive oil)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the natural yogurt, tandoori masala, crushed garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. The marinade is now ready for use. You can marinate chicken, vegetables, or tofu with it.
3. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, to let the flavors develop.
4. Grill or cook the marinated food as desired.
