A flavorful dish featuring marinated chicken served over rice, perfect for a comforting meal.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes (plus marinating time)

Ingredients:
- 500 g boneless chicken breast
- 2 dl rice
- 0.5 dl plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Tikka or Tandoori paste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Tarragon (for serving)
- Lemon (for serving)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and the Tikka or Tandoori paste until well combined.
2. Coat the chicken pieces with the yogurt mixture and refrigerate to marinate, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
4. Bake the marinated chicken in the oven for about 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
5. While the chicken is baking, cook the rice according to package instructions.
6. Serve the baked chicken over the rice, garnished with tarragon and a squeeze of lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
