A rich and spicy Indian dish that is easy to prepare, perfect with rice or naan.

Ingredients:

- 400 g plant-based mince or soy granules
- 2 tbsp butter or ghee
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml cream or coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat the butter or ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and golden brown.
3. Stir in the crushed garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.
4. Mix in the garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and chili powder. Sauté the spices for about a minute until fragrant.
5. Add the plant-based mince or soy granules to the pan and combine well.
6. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and stir all the ingredients together. Let it simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
7. Add the cream or coconut milk and stir. Let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
8. Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
