Ingredients:
- 400 g ground meat
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Basmati rice (according to package for 4 servings)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft and golden brown.
3. Add the ground meat to the skillet and brown it well.
4. Stir in curry powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing thoroughly.
5. Pour in the coconut milk and combine all ingredients. Let the curry simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
6. Prepare basmati rice according to package instructions.
7. Serve the curry hot with basmati rice and garnish with fresh coriander.
