Description: A creamy and flavorful curry sauce perfect for drizzling over rice or potatoes. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl cream
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 50 g butter
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 dl milk
- 1-2 tsp curry powder (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the all-purpose flour to the melted butter and mix well. Cook the mixture for about 1-2 minutes.
3. Gradually pour in the milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
4. Add the cream and bring the mixture to a boil.
5. Crumble the beef bouillon cube into the sauce and add the curry powder. Stir well.
6. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes until it thickens.
7. Serve the curry sauce over rice or potatoes.
