Ingredients:

- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- Zest of 1 lemon

- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet until golden brown. Let them cool.
