A delicious and moist dessert perfect for celebrations or afternoon coffee. Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate - 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the sugar. Mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
5. Stir in the all-purpose flour, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the surface.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is set but the center is still soft.
8. Let the cake cool in the pan before inverting it onto a serving plate.
