A delicious evening snack combining toasted bread, cheese, and a fried egg. Easy to make and perfect for a quick recipe at night. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of large bread
- 2 slices of breakfast cheese
- 1 fried egg
- Slices of pickles
- 2 slices of deli meat
- Margarine
Instructions:
1. Spread margarine on the slices of bread.
2. Toast the bread until golden brown in a pan or toaster.
3. Place a slice of breakfast cheese on top of each toasted bread slice.
4. Add the fried egg on top of the cheese.
5. Layer the pickle slices and deli meat on top of the egg.
6. Cover with the other slice of toasted bread and enjoy warm.
