Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 g olives (black or green)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
2. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
3. Peel and slice the cucumber.
4. Crumble the feta cheese and slice the olives.
5. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, and olives.
6. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, seasoning with salt and pepper.
7. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
