Ingredients:
- Appetizer:
- 200 g fresh salmon
- 1 dl lemon juice
- 1 dl olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
- Main Course:
- 400 g beef tenderloin
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 g cabbage
- 1 dl red wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dessert:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 dl cream
- Vanilla powder to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Appetizer: Slice the salmon into thin pieces. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate the salmon slices in the mixture for about 15 minutes. Serve with dill on top.
2. Prepare the Main Course: Heat butter in a pan and sear the beef tenderloin on all sides until medium-rare. Add crushed garlic and cabbage to the pan and sauté until the cabbage is tender. Pour in the red wine and let it simmer for a moment. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Prepare the Dessert: Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy, then fold in the melted chocolate mixture. Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes. Serve with cream and a sprinkle of vanilla powder.
