Ingredients:
- 1 kg turnips
- 100 ml Igoria (plain yogurt)
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 1-2 tsp turmeric
- 0.5 tsp cardamom
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel the turnips and cut them into cubes.
2. Boil the turnip cubes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until they are tender.
3. Drain the turnips and place them in a bowl.
4. Add the vegetable oil, yogurt, turmeric, and cardamom to the turnips.
5. Mix the ingredients well until the turnips are evenly coated.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm as a side dish or main course.
