- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 150 g whole grain pasta
- 200 g soybeans
- 0.6 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta and soybeans according to the package instructions.
2. Dice the rutabaga into small cubes.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the rutabaga cubes with desired spices (e.g., salt and pepper) for about 5-7 minutes, until slightly softened but still crunchy.
4. Add the cooked pasta and soybeans to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes.
5. Add the crushed tomatoes and brown sugar. Mix well and heat for a short while.
