A delicious dessert that combines sweet fruits and creamy Turkish yogurt. Preparation time is about 30 minutes and serves 4.Ingredients:
- 500 ml water - 150 g fruit (e.g., berries or mango)
- 50 g sugar (or powdered sugar to taste)
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
- 200 g Turkish yogurt
Instructions:
1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. 2. Add the fruit and sugar to the boiling water, and cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Mix the potato starch with a small amount of cold water and add the mixture to the saucepan. Stir well.
4. Allow the kiisseli to boil for a few more minutes until it thickens.
5. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the kiisseli cool to room temperature.
6. Serve the kiisseli in bowls and top with Turkish yogurt.
7. If desired, sprinkle additional sugar or powdered sugar on top.
