- Water
- 25 tablespoons potato starch
- 1.5 teaspoons orange juice
- 1 orange, peeled and diced
- 25 g potato starch (2.5 tablespoons)
- 5 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, measure in water, sugar, and potato starch. Mix until smooth.
2. Heat the mixture while stirring with a whisk until it comes to a boil.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool.
4. Once cooled, add the lemon juice, orange juice, and the diced orange to the mixture.
5. Stir well and serve in your desired dish.
