A simple recipe that brings joy and ambiance to your evening. Preparation time: 30 minutes. Serves: 8.Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 100 g nuts (e.g. walnuts or almonds)
- 1 dl berries (e.g. raspberries or blueberries)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
2. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt. Then add the chopped nuts.
5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the berries on top.
6. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the surface is firm but the center is still soft.
7. Allow to cool before serving.
