Ingredients:
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (400-500 g) - 1/2 red onion
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1-2 fresh jalapeños
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Small bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the red onion, garlic, jalapeños, and cilantro. 2. In a bowl, mix the crushed tomatoes with salt and sugar.
3. Add the chopped ingredients to the tomato mixture and stir well.
4. Let the salsa sit for about 20 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
