Ingredients:

- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 peaches
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Peel and slice the avocado and peaches.
2. Rinse the cilantro and spinach. Tear the spinach into smaller pieces by hand.
3. In a large bowl, combine the avocado, peach, cilantro, spinach, and sunflower seeds.
4. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add olive oil.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss to combine without mashing the ingredients.
