Ingredients:
- 100 g fresh spinach
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- ½ cucumber
- 50 g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the spinach and place it in a large bowl.
2. Peel and slice the avocado, tomato, and cucumber. Add them to the bowl with the spinach.
3. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
5. Gently toss all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
