Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons liquid honey
- 1 teaspoon five-pepper blend (black, white, spice, green, and pink pepper)
- ½ lemon for each diner
- A pinch of smoked sea salt (or regular salt)
- 3 unseasoned chicken thighs
- 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Slice the lemon and place two slices under the skin of each chicken thigh.
3. Brush the honey evenly over the surface of the chicken.
4. Sprinkle the five-pepper blend and salt on top.
