Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 250 g mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the tomatoes and slice them.
2. Slice the mozzarella cheese as well.
3. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate.
4. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top.
5. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then drizzle over the salad.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
