Ingredients:
- 240 g all-purpose flour
- 160 g water
- 50 g rolled oats
- 50 g hazelnuts (roasted and chopped)
- 30 g honey
- 20 g butter
- 10 g yeast
- 5 g salt
Instructions:
1. Roast the hazelnuts and chop them into small pieces or use pre-chopped nuts.
2. Soak the rolled oats in water for about 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl, combine all ingredients (except for the nuts) and mix well.
4. Knead the dough using a mixer for about 10-15 minutes.
5. Finally, add the nuts and knead for a few more minutes.
6. Allow the dough to rest under plastic wrap in an oiled bowl for about an hour.
7. Shape the dough into a log and place it in a greased baking dish. Let it rise for another 30-45 minutes.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
