Ingredients:
- 200 g noodles
- 200 g beef (e.g., tenderloin)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 100 g bok choy
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Rinse and drain.
2. Slice the beef into thin strips.
3. Heat oil in a wok and quickly sear the beef until browned.
4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan; heat for a moment.
5. Add drained noodles, sliced bok choy, and halved cherry tomatoes. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
6. Pour hoisin sauce into the pan and mix well.
7. Serve immediately.
