Hillomunkit - Delicious doughnuts filled with apple jam

Ingredients:
- 500 g all-purpose flour - 50 g sugar
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 200 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 100 ml apple jam
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the fresh yeast in warm milk and add sugar.2. Add the flour, eggs, melted butter, salt, and cardamom. Knead the dough until smooth.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
4. Roll out the dough to about 1 cm thick and cut out circles.
5. Place about a teaspoon of apple jam in the center of each circle.
6. Fold the circles in half and press the edges tightly to seal.
7. Let the doughnuts rise for another 15 minutes.
8. Heat oil in a pot to 180°C (356°F) and fry the doughnuts until golden brown.
9. Remove the doughnuts and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil, then dust with powdered sugar.
