These delicious jam-filled doughnuts are a perfect sweet snack or dessert. They are soft, flavorful, and packed with delightful jam.
Preparation Time: 2 hours (including rising time)
Serving Size: About 20 doughnuts

Ingredients:

- 500 g sugar or powdered sugar
- 75 g water
- 1100 g flour
- 130 g sugar
- 75 g fat (butter or margarine)
- Jam or marmalade (desired amount)
- 15 g salt
- 50 g yeast
- 2 eggs

Instructions:

1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
2. Add sugar, salt, and cardamom to the mixture. Then incorporate some of the flour and one egg.
3. Soften the fat in the microwave and add it to the dough.
4. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead the dough until smooth.
5. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until it has doubled in size.
6. Shape the dough into small balls and create a hole in the center to fill with jam or marmalade.
7. Let the doughnuts rise for another 30 minutes.
8. Fry the doughnuts in hot oil until golden brown.
9. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
