A delicious and nutritious pea and onion soup, perfect for a cold day. Enjoy it hot or cold.

Ingredients:
- 1 large onion
- 500 g frozen peas
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 200 ml cooking cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- (Optional) Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Chop the onion and cook it with the peas in the vegetable broth for about 15 minutes.
2. Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
3. Pour the soup back into the pot, add the cream, and season with salt and pepper. Heat the soup again until warm.
*Tip: You can pour the soup hot into a food thermos or screw-top glass jars and enjoy it cold.*
