Soft and delicious buns perfect for burgers. This recipe requires some rising time, but the result is worth it.
Preparation Time: 2 hours (including rising)
Serving Size: About 7 buns

Ingredients:

- 1 cup warm milk
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- About 4½ cups all-purpose flour
- 100 g soft butter
- For brushing: egg yolk
- For topping: sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Warm the milk until it's lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in it.
2. Add honey, salt, and eggs to the milk mixture.
3. Gradually add the flour, then incorporate the butter in small pieces.
4. Knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic using a mixer.
5. Cover the dough bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in the refrigerator for one hour.
6. Remove the dough from the fridge and shape it into about 7 buns.
7. Cover the buns with a cloth and let them rise for another hour.
8. Brush the buns with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
9. Bake the buns at 200°C (400°F) for about 12 minutes.
