A delicious and quick creamy mushroom pasta perfect for a weeknight dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)- 250 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 200 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown.
5. Pour the cream over the mushrooms and stir well. Let simmer for a few minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir to combine.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
