A refreshing and delicious pasta dish made quickly with fresh ingredients. Perfect for summer! Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- A pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain, reserving a little cooking water.
2. Cut the asparagus into 3-5 cm pieces.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for about a minute.
4. Add the asparagus pieces to the pan and cook until slightly softened, about 3-5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well. If needed, add reserved cooking water to prevent the pasta from drying out.
6. Crumble the feta cheese over the pasta and stir until partially melted.
7. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
