Description: A simple and healthy oat bread recipe that is quick to prepare and deliciously satisfying.

Serving Size: 8 slices
Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl yogurt
- 1 dl water
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, yogurt, and water. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, honey (if using), and oil to the oat mixture. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
4. Pour the dough into a baking pan lined with parchment paper or shape it into a loaf on a sheet of parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
6. Allow the bread to cool for a moment before slicing. Serve with butter or alongside soup.
