Ingredients
- ½ dl water - 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 1 packet (11 g) dry yeast
- 1 egg
- 5 dl bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, bread flour, salt, and dry yeast together with a wooden spoon. 2. Warm the water to body temperature (about 42 degrees Celsius) and mix in the egg.
3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until a loose dough forms.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Grease a bread pan and pour the dough into it, smoothing the top.
6. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30-35 minutes, until the bread is beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
