Ingredients:
- 2½ dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 dl buttermilk, sour cream, or plain yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 2-3 apples (peeled and sliced)
- Butter (for greasing the pan)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Grease a pie dish with butter.
3. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.
4. Add the buttermilk, sour cream, or yogurt to the mixture and stir until a smooth batter forms.
5. Pour the batter into the greased pie dish.
6. Arrange the apple slices on top of the batter.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pie is cooked through.
8. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
