Ingredients:

- 200 g soft goat cheese
- 4 slices of bread (e.g., ciabatta or baguette)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
4. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for about 20 minutes, until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
5. Heat olive oil in a pan and toast the bread slices on both sides until golden brown.
